I love the farm house theme of this card that uses the Gather Together stamp set and matching dies. I copied this idea from a fellow Canadian demonstrator but changed up the background a bit. The brick & mortar background was sponged with crumb cake ink. The sentiment was stamped in white craft ink pad and the black tag was sponged in the same to give that chalkboard effect. Leaves were die cut in mossy meadow cardstock and also sponged with the craft white ink pad. The texture in these dies really give depth to the leaves with the raised veins. Of course you could change up the sentiment and make this card for any occasion. To order supplies for creating this card click on the link: https://s.tamp.in/BumfFq

Tasteful Touches - Just Saying Hello

This card was created from the Tasteful Touches stamp set and the Tasteful Labels dies. I love the sentiments that come with this set. The base of the card is Rococo Rose and then a couple coordinating layers of the In Good Taste DSP. Before adhering the DSP I did a little background stamping on the bottom DSP layer with some of the other images in the set. Yes the flower is fussy cut, I wish there was a die for the image but it's not too difficult to cut out. I colored the flower images using the Stampin' Blends. It's basically a simple card to create but the finished product is lovely.  Remember you can bundle the Tasteful Touches stamp set with the Tasteful Labels dies for a 15% discount or purchase separately. Click to add the items you need for your project to your shopping cart.   Looking for supplies, click on the link:  https://s.tamp.in/QN0GZg

Introduction

Hello, my name is Marie and I love all things beautiful especially what can be seen in nature itself.  I love to create through crafting anything that reminds me of this beauty.  This journey of crafting started with becoming a Stampin' Up! demonstrator in 2010 when I fell in love with the concept of being able to create beautiful images through stamping.  Just think, something as simple as a stamp, ink and some paper and it's like magic you have created something beautiful.
